General Information
1. Are the courses fully online? +
Yes. All courses are 100% online, so you can learn from anywhere without attending in-person sessions.
2. Are there any live meetings or required times? +
No. There are no required login times. All coursework is completed online and submitted by the final deadline.
3. Are textbooks required? +
No. There are no textbooks required for any of our courses.
4. Can I earn graduate credit or PDPs? +
Yes. Courses can be taken for Graduate Credit, PDPs, or CEUs through approved partner institutions.
5. Where can I find course dates and syllabi? +

Registration is completed directly through our online course store.
7. Can I pay with a purchase order? +
Yes. Purchase orders can be submitted through our online PO form.
8. What is the cancellation policy? +
There is a 4% cancellation fee for course withdrawals. Course withdrawals prior to the course start date: 100% minus cancellation fee Course withdrawals after the course start date:

9. When do I get access? +
Access codes are sent the day before the course begins.
10. Are there academic policies? +
Yes. All participants must follow TLTPDN and partner institution academic integrity policies.
